Options to Make Payments
Payment in full is required upon completion of treatment, unless prior arrangements have been made. These portions are determined by our office software and are strictly estimates. We accept cash, check or credit card, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for your convenience.
If your Insurance Carrier pays less than estimated, a billing statement will be sent to collect the difference. The billing cycle is monthly.
In office Power Pay payment plans for patient portion totaling up to a minimum of $200.00. Fifty (50%) percent down, due on the day of treatment and the balance setup for two (2) additional payments. Must have a credit or debit card for setup. Payments consents are automatically processed each month.
Financing through Care Credit- For patient portions up to $25000.00. Our office accepts all promotions. Click on the link below to review the current promotions and minimum purchase requirements being offered. Some restrictions may apply on the minimum purchase amount.
For the patient without Insurance. A 5% professional discount is given when payment is made in full the day of treatment with cash or check only.
In office payment plans for patients that do not have a credit card or debit card. Minimum of $200.00 with 50% down day of service and the balance due the following month. Must be an established patient of record with no outstanding balance.
